Disaster Management

Disaster scenarios that once seemed merely theoretical have now become a disturbing reality. Whether man-made or natural, they can strike in the most unprecedented ways and result in colossal damages to both life and property. Recognising the need for developing effective mitigation and preparedness strategies, NMIMS deemed-to-be University has set up the Pro-Vention—Disaster Management Cell (DMC) in 2007.
