Umesh Bamel holds a Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management and has submitted his Ph.D. thesis in Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. His PhD dissertation examined the role of organizational climate factors and role efficacy perception of managers on managerial effectiveness with specific reference to manufacturing industry. He has over 4 years of research experience in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He has taught various HR & OB courses at postgraduate level. He has conducted workshops on application of SPSS© and Structural Equation Modeling in Organizational Behavior Research.
His research interest involved understanding the association and function of organizational climate (climate) with other work place constructs like climate for managerial effectiveness, climate for managerial flexibility, climate for managing workplace diversity, climate for physically challenged employees, climate for team building and so on. His research work is appeared and accepted in the Journals of International repute (Emerald, Springer, Scopus Data base, EBSCOhost database).

Dr. Aejaz Khan has joined School of Business Management as Assistant Professor in the Operations and Decision Sciences Area at NMIMS. His research focuses on profitability of reverse supply chains – firms that focus on acquiring, restoring and remarketing used products. Current projects included reverse supply chain design for time sensitive product returns, pricing nominal quality levels of used products, and capacity decisions for firms that meet demands with both new and remanufactured products.

Dr. Khan is an alumnus of The University of Houston, Texas, where he received his Ph.D. in Operations Management and M.S. in Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Rajesh Manjrekar is a FCA from India and also an MS (Finance) from the J Mack Robinson School of Business, Atlanta. Mr. Manjrekar has worked in the Industry since 1988 primarily in the capacity of Manager Finance and Administration. He has International work experience in the Far East, the Middle East and the United States of America. He has worked with very senior analysts in the United States in the field of Health Care, Retail and the Cement Industry. Mr. Manjrekar is a specialist in Financial Modeling in Excel.
